Legal Boot Camp

In an effort to provide business owners with as many tools as possible, I have developed a six-course business law boot camp that is offered on an individual basis. This series is designed to provide business owners with high-level information on various legal topics related to running their business, as outlined below.

  • Six-Part Series

    Topics covered include: Choice of entity, taxation, intellectual property** employees and contractors, marketing and advertising, contracts, and working with professional services providers.

  • Custom Solutions for your Business

    Startup package or contract template included. Your enrollment in the series includes either a LLC formation or a contract template to use in your business and one month of my Issue Spot general counsel service.

  • One-on-One Meetings

    Every meeting is one-on-one. Meeting either in-person, virtually, or over the phone, each session is devoted entirely to you, your business, and your questions.

  • Flat Fee

    No surprise fees. The entire series is offered for a flat fee of $3,500 and I even have payment plans available.

  • This was designed specifically for business owners.

  • The camp is for up to 3 people, whether they are owners or managers, it's up to you to decide who would benefit most from the information. Additional people may be added for an additional fee.

  • The courses can be completed over video call, however the courses are relevant only for Missouri businesses and I am only licensed in Missouri.

  • Meetings typically last an hour or so.

  • The courses are usually scheduled over the span of 1-2 months.

  • You may discontinue the course at any time and a prorated portion of your paid fee will be given.
